Annual General Meeting
As part of the Society's Act, we must hold an Annual General Meeting where we go over things like our budget for the year, hold club elections etc. We must have a minimum number of club members present to conduct any business. It is very important that all club members attend this meeting. This meeting is done in conjunction with the awards night held in October.
